What is a Title V Inspection?
Title V is a set of Massachusetts regulations Created by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) as a way of regulating the construction and performance of septic Systems. A Title V inspection is a systematic process that investigates the current condition of your septic system. These are required for during any transfer of ownership of a property that contains a septic system. The inspections are performed under a certified septic inspector.
